Integrated Terminal Management System (ITM)

Integrated Shipping Terminal Management System (also known as TOS or the Terminal Operating System) is an IT module for marine operations management, which combines most of the terminal’s core functions. These functions include yard management, gate activities, vessel operations (berthing, registration, and other), cargo and rail operations. TOS also covers statistical analysis and invoicing.

This system helps operators manage and control all container terminal processes. A shipping terminal management system is common for intermodal freight terminals with multimodal transport.

A shipping Terminal Management System doesn't handle the freight itself. However, it's useful for batch modification of various transport parameters (vessels, trucks, and even air transport).

This system can improve the productivity of the terminal. In addition to that, the Intermodal Terminal Management System helps to avoid potential damages, collisions, and subsequent losses. As a result, the container terminal can minimize errors and optimize resource management, which also helps them boost profitability.
